Christine (Kemp) Kapp, President

Christine Kemp Kapp Christi Kapp incorporated JustIntegration in January 2006 to focus on integrated justice solutions using service-oriented architectures (SOA).  From 2002 to 2006, Ms. Kapp was an independent consultant serving as the Technical Project Manager on the Orange County Integrated Criminal Justice Information System (ICJIS) project.  From 2000 to 2002, Ms.Kemp was the VP of Marketing and Operations for Digital Fusion (Nasdaq: DIGF).   From 1994 to 1999, she was co-owner of TechKnowQuest, Inc, a computer training and consulting company listed as one of Central Florida’s Top 25 Fastest Growing Technology Companies in 1997.   In 1999, TechKnowQuest was acquired by DPAI Technology Services, and Ms. Kemp became the VP of the Gulf States Region for DPAI/TechKnowQuest.  Ms. Kemp has a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Central Florida (Thesis: “Regional Readiness for Intelligence Information Sharing to Support Homeland Security.” )  Ms. Kemp also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Rochester.

Tom Kapp Custom Motorcycle BuilderTom Kapp is Chief Builder at Art In Motion, LLC, and co-owner of JustIntegration, Inc.  Tom after growing up in an auto salvage yard as a kid in Scituate, MA, has been working on cars and motorcycles since the early sixties. He went to trade school for high school and learned design drafting. Graduating in 1975 he went to work for a company that designed and built packaging machinery, learning how to design mechanical devices for the machines. He then went on to design large satellite dish structures in St. Cloud, Florida, then on a design team developing a laser printer during the early eighties. During the time of developing the laser printer he would work on the design, then assist in machining the parts and setting up the testing for production. After the testing was complete he would then implement the design into the manufacturing. He then went on to a civil engineering position designing water transmission systems within waste water treatment systems. Prior to the start-up of Art in Motion, LLC he had 15 years experience as a construction Project Manager, on Multi-million dollar projects in the Orlando, FL area. During all of this time he had been riding and working on Harley’s and owning and working on classic cars.
